Nice apartment for 2-5 persons with double/triple room, shower, toilet and hairdryer, one of the double rooms may be used as a triple room. The comfortable kitchen-diner consists of a kitchen unit including oven, wood stove and ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and drip coffee machine, a seating area, a sofa bed and a TV with sat reception. The balcony offers a wonderful view on the old town centre of Bressanone.

FRESH BREAD:
Each morning, our baker delivers oven-fresh biological bread to you. You can choose your bread yourself from a very wide range.
HERB GARDEN:
The herb garden just next to the barbecue is at your disposal. Among others, it offers sage, rosemary, oregano, lemon verbena as well as chives to refine your dishes.
W-LAN:

- Bedlinen and towels are included in the price
- Free beds and seets for your little children
- Check-in/Check-out: on the arrival day, your apartment will be available to you starting from 14.00 hours. On the leaving day, we beg you to free the apartment no later than 10.30 hours.
- The booking becomes mandatory following to a payment of a deposit of € 200. In case of cancellation of the stay or no arrival, this deposit will not be refunded.
- Domestic animals are accepted with an extra charge of 25 Euros una tantum.
- Final cleaning from € 35 – 55
- Tourist tax € 1,55 per person (over 14 years) and day
- Cancellation conditions: In case of anticipated departure or of late arrival, we shall debit the 100% of the agreed price for the days not enjoyed. If the cancellation request happens in the short term (in the 28 days preceding the beginning of the stay), and it will not be any more possible to give the room to other guests, there will be a debit of the 70% of the total price agreed.
